You can choose to open up the entire villa with two separate living levels as one connected home for your whole family. OR you and your friends can maintain privacy in fully contained downstairs and upstairs separated living quarters.

The entire beautifully designed stone home has been freshly renovated with the latest amenities, including central heating, new kitchens, new bathrooms, and new appliances. This villa is fully furnished and contains everything you need to dine and relax by the fireplaces after a playful day on the ski slopes. You are also perfectly positioned to enjoy unobstructed views of the beautiful surrounding mountains and valley.

Villa Dianne

This is truly a one-of-a-kind find situated in the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Parnassos, where celebrities and socialites call it their second home for enjoying a picturesque winter wonderland. Take advantage of snowboarding, skiing and ice skating on the scenic ski slopes while celebrating a traditional snow-filled Christmas and New Year.

You will feel safe, cozy and warm in our villas as we have gone the extra mile to ensure complete climate control with central heating that is separate for both upstairs and downstairs. We provide the highest security and privacy with double glazed glass windows and armoured steel doors that offer soundproofing when sharing separate living quarters. Electronic cameras are also situated around the villa for maximum security and privacy.

You will be delightfully welcomed with complimentary wine and sweets.

Villa Dianne Apt 1

Accommodates 5 adults.

This natural stone villa offers 75 sqm of living space with a 1 bedroom double bed, and a separate lounge that also offers a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, and another sofa bed that converts into a single bed. You will also take advantage of the brand new fully equipped kitchen and 1 large bathroom, washing machine and dryer.

Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room and dine with your family at the dining table. Internet access is provided with cable tv on a 45-inch flat-screen. A separate front entrance allows you to access free firewood for your personal fireplace. You are also able to climate control the individual heating for downstairs. Alternatively, take in the crisp snow air on the sheltered downstairs patio.

The upstairs quarters offers breathtaking mountain views with 60 sqm of living place. Enter through a separate entrance, and turn on your cozy fireplace while you take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and dining table with bench seating for up to 8 people.

You will enjoy 1 bedroom with double bed, and a separate lounge that provides 1 double-wall bed, and 1 sofa that converts to a double bed, plus 1 small children’s bed. Store your luggage in the large storage cupboard and unwind in the large bathroom with bathtub. Dry your clothes in the brand new washer and dryer.

A small warm and traditional chalet with comfort indoors and outdoors. I arrived in snowstorm conditions but I did not face any problems because it is on the main road, very close to the ski resort and the best restaurants in the area and the ice rink. It is located only 20 km away from what is known as the most prized Ski destination in Greece – The Ski Centre Parnassos. Furthermore, it is only few metres away from the best restaurants and tavernas in Arachova. Only 500 metres to the Ice rink Mountain Ice. 30 minutes drive from Delphi and the beach.
