Here are the instructions and terms for your stay:

1. Check-in and Check-out:

   • Check-in time is after 15:00.
   • Check-out time is at 12:00.
2. Documentation:
   • Residents of Greece: Provide ID/VAT number during check-in.
   • Residents of other countries: Provide your passport number during check-in.
3. Building Access:
   • Entrances: Front and back of the building.
   • Use the code we sent you (include the # symbol).
   • Enter the code, pull the doorknob towards you, then gently push to open.
4. Security:
   • 3 security cameras ensure your safety.
5. Wi-Fi Access:
   • Ground Floor: Network name “Villa Dianne 1”, password “limera1n”
   • First Floor: Network name “Villa Dianne 2”, password “limera2n”
6. Amenities:
   • The villa has a boiler and a water heater.
   • Turn off lights before leaving.
   • Both kitchens are fully equipped.
   • Use the outdoor grill on non-windy days with caution.
   • Hose tap and fire extinguisher are available.
   • Fireplace:
     • Place firewood at the back to avoid smoking.
     • Firewood is in the chest at the back entrance.
     • Never leave the fireplace unattended.
     • Use the fireplace screen for protection.
     • Complimentary firewood for one day.
7. Rules:
   • Prohibited: Charging vehicles using house power outlets.
   • Pets welcome under your supervision.
   • Smoking allowed only outdoors.
   • No loud music or parties.
   • Use provided towels for each bed.
   • Do not throw objects or paper in the toilets.
   • Keep the front door closed to protect the outdoors.
   • Attention: Follow instructions for folding the wall bed on the first floor.
8. Reporting Issues:
   • Please inform us of any facility malfunctions.
9. Departure:
   • Kindly leave the space clean and in order.
